Her commercial music industry experience on the talent side of the business, as well as time spent in private practice and her many years of in-house legal work, means that Francesca has an in depth understanding of the music industry and offers valuable industry insights and rounded legal expertise. Kathryn Davies

Kathryn is an employment lawyer with a broad experience in both contentious and non-contentious work. Kathryn acts for clients across a range of sectors with a particular expertise in the technology, media, film, TV and theatre, visual arts, games and sports sectors.
Kathryn advises clients on a diverse range of employment and HR matters, including contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievances, internal investigations, employment status, diversity and inclusion, mediation and employment litigation and redundancy and restructuring processes.
Kathryn acts for global organizations, SMEs and senior executives and focuses on understanding her clients’ businesses, culture and objectives in order to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions and advice for her clients. Kathryn has a particular interest and knowledge in international employment matters, including co-ordinating global re-structuring projects, drafting global staff policies, and managing multi-jurisdictional employment projects.

Mark Furman
Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in the music and entertainment sector, both in house and in private practice, as the Head of Legal/Business Affairs for Zomba Group, Virgin Records, and Virgin EMI. Mark has a thorough, in depth understanding of the music business, and expertise across both independent and major labels.
Mark acts for both individual and corporate clients, and he advises across a wide range of commercial issues, with a particular emphasis on rights-based industries.

Daniela Korn

Daniela Korn is an experienced and well-rounded employment lawyer who regularly acts for employers and executives across a range of sectors but with a particular focus on technology, media, music, games, film, TV and fashion.
Daniela regularly advises on contentious and non-contentious issues, which include day to day employee relations matters, disciplinary and grievances, redundancy programmes, tribunals, TUPE, contracts and policies, diversity and inclusion, contract negotiations, workplace disputes, remuneration schemes and is often involved in strategic HR support and guidance.
Her practice consists of global organisations, SMEs as well as senior executives in these spaces. In recent years, her skill set has broadened and includes global employment law knowledge specifically across EMEA, the Nordics and APAC.
